How it works

Table minimums represent required minimum spend on eligible purchases during the event. Your bottles and service satisfy the minimum, dollar for dollar. Unspent minimum amounts are not refundable and hold no cash value.

Yes. For minimum-spend reservations, a deposit reserves the table now and applies toward your minimum. For per-person reservations, a deposit reserves your spots now and applies toward your total.

10% tax and 20% gratuity are added to the final total.

A reservation is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and the table is allocated to you. Table availability is first come, first served. If a deposit payment is processed but the requested table cannot be secured, including where the table is claimed by another guest before your booking is finalized, your payment will be automatically refunded in full, including any platform or processing fees.

All confirmed reservations are final. Deposits are non-refundable and reservations are non-transferable. Arrival after the venue's table release window of 90 minutes after doors without prior communication to the venue does not entitle the guest to any refund of deposits or amounts spent.

Reservations and attendance are limited to persons 21 years of age or older. Valid government issued photo identification is required at entry, and the name on that identification must match the name on the reservation. We may refuse entry, without refund, where identification cannot be produced, does not match, or where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

The venue may cancel, reschedule, or materially change an event, including artist or lineup changes, or relocate a reserved table to a comparable table where operationally necessary. If the venue cancels an event outright and no comparable reservation is offered, deposits for confirmed reservations will be refunded. An artist or lineup change, a schedule adjustment, or relocation to a comparable table does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle the guest to a refund.
