1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how 520 Management LLC collects, uses, retains, and shares personal information through The Ave Live, Reserve, Creators, Challenges, Merch, Reach, and Recruit.

2. Information We Collect
Depending on the Service, we may collect contact details, account and authentication information, ticket and reservation details, purchase records, SMS consent and opt-out records, challenge entries and uploads, social handles, career applications and resumes, ambassador information, device and usage data, cookies, and communications with us. We also collect video surveillance, including face recognition used for security purposes, at the venue.
DICE may provide ticket and buyer data to us as permitted by our agreement and applicable law.

3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the Services, process and reconcile transactions, administer reservations and prize challenges, communicate with users, prevent fraud and abuse, manage ambassadors and creators, satisfy legal obligations, and maintain business records.

4. SMS and Marketing
We send marketing text messages only when you affirmatively opt in. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Transactional messages, including requested authentication codes and reservation updates, are handled separately from marketing consent.

5. Sharing, Analytics, and Advertising
We share information with service providers that help operate the Services, including ticketing, reservation, payment, messaging, hosting, storage, analytics, application-intake, and customer-support providers. Current or planned providers may include DICE, SimpleTexting, Supabase, Vercel, and Revolve. We use Google Tag Manager and may use the Meta Pixel for analytics and advertising measurement; those technologies may collect device, browser, cookie, page-view, and interaction information in accordance with their providers' policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

6. Retention
We retain the following records for the stated periods:
- Creators submissions, 24 months from submission.
- Ambassador program records, 24 months after participation ends.
- Challenge accounts and phone numbers, 12 months after last participation.
- Careers and job applications, 12 months from application.
- Video surveillance footage, including face recognition used for security purposes, 30 days unless preserved for an incident or legal requirement.
- Reserve booking records, 24 months after the event date.
- Analytics and technical logs, provider defaults, not exceeding 24 months.

7. Your Choices and Requests
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through the Data Deletion Policy. Some information may be retained when necessary for transactions, legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, or to preserve an opt-out record.
